Refund policy

Welcome to Helios. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

- You receive a damaged product.

- You receive the wrong item.

- You receive a defective product.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Wrong size ordered by the customer.

- Change of mind.

- Customized or personalized products.

- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected, your refund will be processed.


Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged only in cases of:

- Manufacturing defects.

- Wrong product delivered.

- Damaged product received.


Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.


Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Helios will arrange or cover the return shipping.


For all other cases, returns are not accepted.
